- Arduino Uno
- A-to-B usb cable
- two feet of jumper wire
- a mini breadboard
- a bunch of 10k resistors
- a half dozen LEDs
- sensors for flex, light, pressure and one I forgot
- two instant-on buttons, a potentiometer dial
- one miniature servo
- Getting Started with Arduino is very simple
- Programming for Interactivity is pretty hard-core
Have fun!
Thank you for the advice! I just ordered my gear from Sparkfun (only ones who had everything in stock). I'm also about to order a book from Amazon based on this review: http://books.slashdot.org/story/11/03/02/1329225/Book-Review-Arduino-a-Quick-Start-Guide
